Ross Alley, Chinatown, San Francisco

The inhabitants of San Francisco's Chinatown in the nineteenth century gave their own names to the alleys.  Ross Alley was known as 舊呂宋巷, Jiù Lǚsòng Xiàng, or "Old Spanish Lane."
